X2M Connect is an ASX-listed Smart City technology company that makes cities smarter, safer, and more efficient. The company enables Smart Cities through efficient and highly scalable data aggregation from diverse sources, used to drive control of end devices through automation and AI for utilities, datacentres and governments across Asia-Pacific.

Founded on patent supported technology with more than 40 patents, X2M connects devices like gas meters, water sensors, and safety monitors to the cloud, giving utilities, datacentres and governments real time visibility and control over critical infrastructure. This data aggregation enables Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications that can optimise operations and increase automation, saving energy, water and other scare resources.

X2M’s platform and distributed intelligence technology are deployed across the Asia-Pacific region, serving the gas, water, energy, and public safety sectors as well as smart communities and smart cities. The company operates from offices in Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan, with a growing presence in the Middle East through local partners.

The company employs 51 people across its four offices and holds more than 40 international patents across 14 countries protecting its core technology. As at December 2025, X2M has connected more than 500,000 devices to its platform and serves 88 enterprise and government customers across five markets.
