Community Battery
A third party owner/operator will deploy community batteries across the estate as part of a broader rollout of 8 batteries across the Echuca and Yarrawonga region. Each battery has a capacity of 240 kVA / 500 kWh, is monitored 24 hours via the cloud, and is backed by a 15-year commitment.
The battery owner/operator takes full ownership and responsibility for maintaining the battery infrastructure. Residents do not need to do anything — the connection is automatic.
Getting Started
For new builds, there are three simple steps:
1. Sign up
Reach out to the Glanmire Park sales office or register on our website and we will contact you.
2. Plan with your Builder
Tell your builder that you wish to have X2M Smart Energy added to your home design and then our solar partner will provide you with an energy consult.
3. Sign & Build
Your builder will include X2M Smart Energy hardware in your building contract and our solar installer will install all the equipment along side your builder.
For existing homes, here are the simple steps

Reach out to the 1 Komma 5 help desk or register on our website and we will contact you.
2. Ask
for a X2M Smart Energy consultation to get an energy assessment for your home.
3. Explore Further Savings
NAB will contact you to discuss specific finance options available to X2M Smart Energy subscribers.
4. Sign and Save
Confirm your solar and HEMS setup, sign your installation agreement, and then start saving.
