Damien spent 21 years at BHP Group Limited in senior finance roles across Australia and Asia before serving as CFO at Tabcorp Holdings Limited, where he guided the company through its landmark 2011 demerger. Tabcorp invited him back as Interim CFO in 2023 during a leadership transition. Damien chairs X2M’s Audit Committee.
