X2M Connect Limited is pleased to announce two senior appointments that strengthen the Company’s ability to deliver on its Australian growth strategy across data centres, Al infrastructure and smart communities. The appointments deepen the Company’s board governance, business development and technical execution capability as X2M enters FY27.

• Kate O’Sullivan appointed as Non-Executive Director, bringing more than three decades of executive, ASX-listed company and board experience to support X2M’s Australian growth strategy.
• Kate spent more than fifteen years at Tabcorp Holdings Limited, including as General Manager Sales and Distribution in the Gaming Division, where she held P&L responsibility for an annual PBIT of A$275 million.
• Dr Sajjad Ahmed appointed as General Manager Data Centres and Smart Cities, with more than 22 years of utilities and connected infrastructure leadership and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies.
• Dr Ahmed previously led Smart Cities and Utilities nationally at Optus, including delivery of a $27 million end-to-end Advanced Metering Infrastructure smart water metering project.
• Both appointments align directly with X2M’s recently announced Australian initiatives, including the Resi Ventures regional data centre partnership, the Mawson Business Advisory ISCO smart community MOU and binding smart community agreements at McMahon’s Place and Glanmire Park.
