Tech valuations have been getting crunched recently with deals and raises slowing to a trickle. To take us through what’s been happening in the tech and startup landscape, including news from Fresho and Tripadeal – Gavin Appel from Ignition Lane joined us for a chat. Managed is an app which is an end-to-end payment gateway and management platform for the property management industry. It has raised $5.3 million dollars in a round led by REA Group and Momentum Markets. CEO Nick Bouris joined the show to tell us more. X2M Connect has partnered with RESI Ventures to work on a 1000 home project in Echuca, Victoria which aims to redefine smart community and energy design.
